Serhii BABAK is a member of the National Agency of Higher Education Quality Assurance created to increase higher education quality, reform the accreditation system, assure academic integrity and ethics, fight against plagiarism in the academic and educational spheres, and reform the system of scientific degrees conferment. In addition to holding a Ph.D. in Economics, he is a Doctor of Technical Sciences and author of more than 50 scientific and research papers including eight textbooks and monographs. Dr. Babak's previous experience includes working as Director of Scientific and Technical Center of Emerging Technologies at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Vice Rector at the University of Emerging Technologies, Deputy Secretary General at ICC Ukraine, Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. He is an expert in drone construction and production, computerized systems of remote control and diagnostics, management and commercialization of scientific developments as well as international economic relations, law, and psychology. Dr. Babak is also a master of motorsport of Ukraine and Champion of Ukraine.
