Alfa-Bank Ukraine

Alfa-Bank Ukraine is a major Ukrainian commercial bank with international capital that offers convenient modern banking solutions to its customers in all segments. The bank is owned by a private investment holding company ABH Holdings SA (ABHH) headquartered in Luxembourg and operating in Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Russia and Ukraine.
In Jan, 2016, ABH Holdings S.A and UniCredit Group signed the agreement for the transfer of 100% of USB (UniCredit Bank in Ukraine) in exchange for a minority 9.9% stake in ABHH, enabling ABHH to continue development of the Alfa-Bank as the leading banking player in Ukraine.
Since 2011 the bank has been a Partner of the Yalta European Strategy Annual Meetings, supporting Ukraine’s integration and development.
