The Kyiv Post is Ukraine's English-language newspaper and a proud winner of the 2014 Missouri Honor Medal for Distinguished Service in Journalism. The newspaper's first print edition came out on Oct. 18, 1995. The Kyiv Post went online in 2002. The newspaper's motto is "Independence. Community. Trust." because of its commitment to the highest journalistic and ethical standards. The newspaper also serves as "Ukraine's Global Voice."
