
Director General of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Estonia , EFIS
Kaupo Rosin has served as Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service since November 2022, holding a five-year appointed mandate. A seasoned intelligence professional, he previously commanded Estonia’s Cyber Command and, between 2018 and 2022, served at NATO Headquarters in Brussels as Deputy Director of the Analysis Unit within the Joint Intelligence and Security Division. Earlier, he led the Military Intelligence Centre of the Estonian Defence Forces (2012–2018). As the head of Estonia's civilian foreign intelligence agency, Rosin oversees the strategic collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence concerning external threats to Estonia, as well as foreign counterintelligence and secure communications.
