Member of Parliament , Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
Previously served as Deputy Chair of the Economic Development Committee, where she led work on improving public procurement legislation, strengthening the governance of state-owned enterprises, advancing privatization, and developing competition policy. In the Parliament, Ms. Pidlasa has been actively involved in shaping Ukraine’s budgetary policy during wartime, leading budget planning under crisis conditions and promoting long-term fiscal sustainability. She has contributed to key legislative reforms in public finance, fiscal transparency and budget policy through numerous initiatives, including the recently adopted law on the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine. Before her election to Parliament in 2019, Ms. Pidlasa worked at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, where she served as head of the communications team and later as an advisor to the Minister. She was also a project manager at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center and held positions at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. She holds a degree in international economics from Kyiv Vadym Hetman National Economic University and a master’s degree in public policy and governance from the Kyiv School of Economics.
