Yegor is a commander of group «Muramasa», the 21st regiment of the 3rd army corps. Yehor's unit has destroyed over a hundred enemy targets using FPV drones in the Pokrovsk, Avdiivka, and Toretsk directions. In the past, he served as a Member of Parliament for two terms and was the former Head of the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine. Since May 2022, he has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In February 2024, he was awarded the Golden Cross by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He has also received the Medal for Exemplary Service from the Minister of Defense. Since the summer of this year, he and his group «Muramasa»have moved to the 21st regiment of the 3rd army corps. He continues to be the group commander and serves as deputy commander of the 21st regiment.
