On September 15^th, Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman will close the second plenary day of the 15^th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting with a speech on reform and economic development challenges for Ukraine. Stephen Sackur, Presenter, HARDtalk, BBC World News, will moderate the discussion with forum participants.  

The plenary sessions of the 15^th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting will start with a speech by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The discussion between the forum audience and the President will be moderated by Richard Haass, President of the Council on Foreign Relations.

The 15^th Annual Meeting of Yalta European Strategy (YES) – “The Next Generation of Everything” – will be held on September 13-15, 2018 in Kyiv. Over 400 leading politicians, diplomats, businessmen, civil activists and experts from 28 countries will take part in the conference organized by the international forum YES in partnership with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

Over 100 representatives of regional executive authorities, regional council members and civil activists as well as over 105 students and young leaders from every region of Ukraine will participate in the Ukrainian Regional Civil Servants and Young Leaders Sections at the 15th YES Annual Meeting, which will take place on September, 13-15, 2018, in Kyiv.

The Young Leaders Section is a discussion platform for young people to share ideas, learn from international and local professional experience and develop practical solutions to solve critical modern challenges.

On May 13-14, the Yalta European Strategy (YES) Board held its traditional annual meeting in Kyiv. During the visit the Board discussed how YES and its upcoming 15th Annual Meeting can contribute to keeping Ukraine on the international agenda and helping support positive changes in the country.

Yalta European Strategy (YES), in cooperation with the Ukrainian School of Political Studies, announces the contest to participate in the joint project for regional leaders in the framework of the 15th YES Annual Meeting (YES) which will be held in Kyiv on September 13-15, 2018.
