Victor Pinchuk Opens Plenary Sessions at 10th Annual Meeting of Yalta European Strategy
The Ukrainian businessman, public figure, and founder of Yalta European Strategy (YES), Victor Pinchuk, today opened the plenary sessions of the 10th YES Annual Meeting entitled “Changing Ukraine in a Changing World: Factors of Success”, at the historic Livadia Palace, Yalta, Ukraine.
