Navigate the meetingA strategist with over 20 years of experience across management, media, and marketing, Danyil Vakhovskyi has held senior leadership roles in major corporations, international consultancies, and high-growth startups. His career spans Ukraine's infrastructure, technology, and media sectors, establishing him as a recognised executive in each. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Chief Reputation Officer and Adviser to the CEO at Kovalska Industrial Group, one of Ukraine's largest construction materials manufacturers. Prior to this, he was Managing Partner and Senior Adviser at Havas RED, part of the global Havas network comprising over 40 agencies and 1,300 professionals worldwide. As Chief Marketing Officer at Uklon — a leading ride-hailing platform operating across 28 cities — he led a full-scale brand transformation, drove regional expansion into ten new markets, and introduced passenger insurance to the Eastern European ride-sharing industry for the first time. In addition to his corporate career, Danyil founded Mintrans Media, a B2B/B2G platform focused on Ukraine's transport sector. Under his leadership, the platform organised national industry forums and launched the country's first transport sector awards programme. His earlier career includes senior roles at Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways), Nova Poshta, COMFY, and Ukrainian Media Holding — experience spanning state-owned enterprises, logistics, retail, and media. This breadth of leadership reflects a consistent record of strategic impact across diverse and complex organisations. Danyil holds an MBA from Kyiv School of Economics Business School (KSE) and a Master of Science in Project & Process Management from KROK Business School, complemented by the School for Strategy Architects programme at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS).
