David Arakhamia is a fraction leader of Zelensky’s party in Ukrainian Parlament. Before joining the Parlament he was an IT businessman and civil activist. David was a chief negotiator with Russia in 2022. Also he is a chairman of US - Ukrainian Congressional Caucus.
