German Galushchenko possesses extensive managerial experience having worked in a number public authorities of Ukraine. His track record includes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, and the country's leading power company, NNEGC Energoatom, where he held management positions and was in charge of the company's long-term development, energy markets, new projects, international and legal areas, etc. German Galushchenko is a member of the American Society of International Law. Arbitrator from Ukraine of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in Washington, D.C. He also served as an ICC arbitrator. For almost 10 years German Galushchenko has been a lecturer at the Department of Private International Law at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He has the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary; Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine. German authored a series of scientific articles and monographs on investment, energy and private international law. Founder of public organizations, such as "Vryatuy Dytynu", "Advokat Zakhysnyka Vitchyzny" and others.
