Andrew WILSON is a Professor of Ukrainian Studies at University College London, where he has been a faculty member since 1996, and a Senior Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations. Dr. Wilson is an expert on Ukraine, comparative politics of democratization in the post-Soviet states, and political technology. His most recent books are Ukraine Crisis: What the West Needs to Know, which was published by Yale University Press in 2014, and a fourth edition of The Ukrainians: Unexpected Nation published in 2015. His other books are Belarus: The Last European Dictatorship (2011), Ukraine’s Orange Revolution (2005) and Virtual Politics: Faking Democracy in the Post-Soviet World (2005).
