Oleksandr ROMANIUK is the First Deputy Chairman of the Board and the Chief Operating Officer at the PJSC UkrGasVydobuvannya (UGV) since July 2015. UGV is Ukraine’s largest natural gas producer, with 15 bcm pa of production, about 73% of Ukraine’s total, and one of the largest companies in Ukraine. Prior, Mr. Romaniuk spent five years with EastOne Group as an advisor to CEO on natural resources and real estate projects development. Prior to working at EastOne Group, he spent five years as an Associate and Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in the CIS region. There, he worked with the large private and state companies on strategy development, operational improvement, and organizational restructuring. Mr. Romaniuk holds a masters degree in International Investments Activities from Kiev National University of Economics and is ACCA qualified.
