Nyzhnyi Serhii

Serhii NYZHNYI is an attorney-at-law, specialist in civil and commercial law, and author of numerous publications. Mr. Nyzhnyi became one of the most sought-after experts on corporate law and consultant in complicated disputes. He began his career in 2002 as an associate at the company ″Nemiroff″. Later, he headed the legal branch of the publishing house “Yurinkom Inter.” In 2005, Mr. Nyzhnyi joined the law firm “Moore & Krosondovich” (later “Moor & Partners”), where he became a partner in 2011. He is a graduate of Khmelnytsky Institute of Regional Management and Law and of Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Mr. Nyzhnyi holds a Ph.D. in Law.
