Nikolaienko Andrii

Andrii NIKOLAIENKO has been heading the Political Party OSNOVA from February 10, 2017 and he has been the Chairman of ICC LLC Velta since January 2015. From September to October 2014, he worked as the Head of the State Agency of Donbass (Donetsk and Lugansk region) Reconstruction and development. From March to September 2014, he was the First Deputy Chairman of Donetsk Regional State Administration. Prior, he was the Head of the Kirovohrad regional State Administration (Central Ukrainian region) for one year, and from 2010 to 2013 he worked as Deputy and later First Deputy Chairman of Kirovohrad regional State administration. From 2009 to 2010 he was the Deputy Head of foreign policy and international cooperation and the head of sector of cooperation support of perspective projects with countries of the Asia-Pacific region of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and he was an Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. From 2008 to 2009 he worked as an Assistant Consultant of the Member of Parliament of Ukraine. From 2006 to 2008 he was a student of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Prior, from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Nikolaienko served as an Attaché, Third Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea. From 2000 to 2001 he studied at Korean University "Johns" in the Republic of Korea. Previously, from 1995 to 2000, he studied at the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University. Mr. Nikolaienko was born on June 23, 1979 in Fastiv, Kyiv region. He is married and has two daughters. He is fluent in English and Korean.
