Lukac Miroslav

Miroslav LUKAC is the Head of Сorporate and Investment Business at Alfa-Bank Ukraine and Ukrsotsbank since 2017. He has more than 20 years of international managerial experience. In recent years he has been actively involved in the development of corporate and investment banking activities in Ukraine. From 2014 to 2017, he was Board of Directors member and the Head of the Corporate and Banking Investment Unit at Sberbank CZ. Prior, he was the Head of the Central Federal District at EBRD in Russia (2013-2014) and a Senior Manager for Restructuring at BCR Bank and Erste Bank Group in Romania (2012-2013). From 1996 to 1998, he held numerous leadership positions at Citibank. In the Czech Republic, he served as Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, Head of Corporate Finance and Corporate Banking, and Senior Account Manager. During 2006-2008, he was the Head of Corporate Finance, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Mr. Lukac began his career in 1996 as a specialist on loan syndication and structured transactions at Czechoslovak Trade Bank (CSOB). He received a degree in International Trade and Finance from the University of Economics in Bratislava.
