Member of the Board , Open Ukraine Foundation
Danylo LUBKIVSKY is a Ukrainian diplomat and a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Open Ukraine Foundation. Since joining the diplomatic service in 1998, Mr. Lubkivsky has been a participant of Ukraine’s activities at the United Nations Security Council, NATO, EU, and other international organizations. After the tenure in New York, where he served as the member of Ukraine’s delegation to the UN Security Council, he was appointed as an advisor to the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and later, in 2006, to the President of Ukraine. Prior to the Revolution of Dignity, Mr. Lubkivsky famously organized civil society activities in 2010 – 2014. In 2014, Mr. Lubkivsky was appointed the Deputy Foreign Minister, responsible for the political analysis and planning, strategic communication, humanitarian cooperation, and public diplomacy. From January 2015 to April 2016, he served as the diplomatic advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
