Liski Igor

Igor LISKI is the Founder and a Chairman of the Board of Effective Investments Company. Since 2006, the company has been engaged in attracting investment in Ukraine’s economy. Additionally, he is a member of the board of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Coordinating Council of the Association Aspen-Ukraine and a Representative at Luhansk City Council of VI convocation. Mr. Liski is a permanent participant and speaker of various international investment and economic forums. In 2002, he was appointed as a Chairman of the Board of PrJSC Mining and Concentrating Factory "Krasnoluchska." Mr. Liski started his career in the field of metal trade in early 2000 and expanded his business interests into coal production, processing and trade, cardboard and paper production, machine building, agriculture, construction, and development. He was commended by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for his contribution to the development of business and significant achievements in professional activity (2008). Born on July 13th, 1979, in Luhansk, Mr. Liski received two higher education degrees in International Economics and Jurisprudence.
