Krepak Dmytro

Dmytro KREPAK is the Acting Group Country Manager for CIS and South East Europe at Visa. He joined Visa in 2015 as the Country Manager Ukraine and year later he was promoted to his current position. He has more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial institutions in the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine. He started his professional career as a Consultant for a Baking Sector Restructuring Project in 1994 at Barents Group, KPMG in Russia. Later, he worked at Duke Energy in the USA as a Business Development Manager, where he focused on building and managing an organization that is responsible for corporate retail business acquisition. For the following six years, Mr. Krepak led the retail business, strategy, and projects at First Ukrainian International Bank and Raiffeisen Bank Aval. Prior to joining Visa, he was the Chairman of the Management Board at Kredobank, Lviv (PKO Bank Polski Group) for more than three years. Mr. Krepak holds a master’s in International Business Development from Moscow Institute of International Relations in Russia. In 2001, he received an MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA.
