Kosheliuk Myroslav

Myroslav KOSHELIUK is an Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Since joining the Prime Minister's office in 2016, Mr. Kosheliuk has been a member in several project teams that work on the development of a number of key reforms. He served as Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, and Communal Services in 2014. Prior, Mr. Koshliuk was the Director of the Institute for Urban Development in Vinnytsia in 2009-2014, where he was responsible for strategic planning on a local and regional level. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology.
