Member of Parliament of Ukraine
Nataliya KATSER-BUCHKOVSKA is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, and the Head of the Subcommittee on Sustainable Development, Strategy and Investments of the Committee on Energy, Nuclear Policy, and Nuclear Safety. She holds a Master of Law and Economics degree from University College London (UCL) and has more than 15 years of professional experience in the area of corporate governance, law, and energy. Her main priorities are: strengthening energy security, improving energy efficiency and savings, and attraction of investment in the renewable energy sector to ensure industry’s sustainable development. Her written works on energy security and diplomacy, peacemaking process and conflict resolution are published in well-known international and national editions. Ms. Katser-Buchkovska is a delegate to the Energy Community Parliamentary Plenum, established by the Ministerial Council of Ukraine in the Energy Community Secretariat, and a representative of the Ukrainian delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
