Chakhoyan Andrew

Andrew CHAKHOYAN is the Founder and Managing Partner of Strategic Narrative Consulting. He has been advising Booking.com, EBRD, and several tech startups on International Public Policy since 2017. Previously, he worked with VEON, where he oversaw public policy and government affairs across the market footprint of 235 million customers. During 2012-2015, he headed regional government engagement at the World Economic Forum, working with Europe & Eurasia Team. Prior, he worked with The Millennium Challenge Corporation, structuring and implementing transformational economic development projects across 3 continents. From 2005 to 2006, he managed an international grant program for scientific/business partnerships in technology at GRDF Global. He began his career in 1999 with Salt Lake Community College (SLCC), overseeing student support services program. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, USA, an Executive Master’s Degree in Global Leadership conferred by The World Economic Forum (in partnership with Columbia University, Wharton Business School, INSEAD, LBS, CEIBS), and a BS in Engineering from Donetsk State Tech University, Ukraine.
