Viktoriya Voytsitska is a Ukrainian politician, Member of the Ukrainian Parliament and of the parliamentary faction Samopomich Union. She also holds the post of Secretary of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety. In 2002 Ms. Voytsitska graduated from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics where she obtained a Specialist degree in Banking. In 2005, she graduated from Brandeis International Business School with an MBA specializing in International Finance. Ms. Voytsitska gained her working experience serving as auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1994–1997), and as financial controller at ING Barings Ukraine (1997–1999) and at the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in Thessaloniki, Greece (1999–2001). In 2003-2005, along with studying at Brandeis International Business School, she was a Fundraising Coordinator at Harvard University. In 2005-2007 Ms. Voytsitska was the Corporate Finance Director at Concorde Capital. In 2007–2009 she worked as a Capital Market Director at Cushman&Wakefield in Ukraine. In 2009–2011 she held the position of Corporate Finance Director at Adamant Investments. In 2011 and until April 2014 Ms. Voytsitska was the Financial Director at TYSAGas, CUB Energy Inc., VP Finance.
