Pavlo Rizanenko

Pavlo RIZANENKO is a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine where he serves as Deputy Chairman of Special Control Commission on Privatization, sits on the Financial Policy and Banking Committees and is a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction. He also holds membership in the Interfactional Association "EuroOptimists". Mr. Rizanenko has started his professional career as a senior auditor at the audit company Ernst & Young. In 1999, after becoming an investment banker, he has moved to the Russian Federation where he worked with an investment company "Troika Dialog", and later with an investment company “Renaissance Capital" being responsible for deals in the mining and metal industries. Mr. Rizanenko also was a member of the Board of Directors of "VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation" (Russia), an international leader in production of titanium. In 2010, he was elected to the local city council and subsequently to the Verkhovna Rada. Mr. Rizanenko was a Member of the Budget Committee (2012-2014) working mostly with state budget and state debt. Mr. Rizanenko has graduated from Graceland College (USA). He also has received an international professional certificate of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
