16th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting to Open Today

The 16^th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting – “Happiness Now. New Approaches for a World in Crisis” – will begin today, September 12, 2019, at Mystetskiy Arsenal, Kyiv, Ukraine. 

The forum will commence with an evening reception and welcome remarks delivered by Aleksander Kwaśniewski, President of Poland (1995-2005), and Chairman of the YES Board, Vitali Klitschko, Mayor of Kyiv, and Bernard-Henri Lévy, philosopher and writer.

Organised by the international forum, YES, in partnership with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, the conference brings together over 400 leading politicians, diplomats, businessmen, civil activists and experts, from 26 countries, to discuss the global challenges of tomorrow, as well as the current global political situation and what it means for Europe and Ukraine.

The 16^th YES Annual Meeting will run from September 12-14, 2019 in Kyiv.
