President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves and Wikipedia Founder Jimmy Wales will discuss Role of Media in Revolution and War at the 11th YES Annual Meeting

The 11^th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting entitled “New Ukraine, New Europe, New World: Building and Defending,” today announced the addition of several global thought leaders who will be participating in the forum.

On September 12 Toomas Hendrik Ilves, President of the Republic of Estonia; and Jimmy Wales, Founder, Wikipedia and Wikimedia Foundation will participate in the panel “Media and Digital Communication in Revolution and War: Information and Disinformation.” The other participants are Yevgenia Albats, Editor-in-Chief, The New Times (Russia); Mustafa Nayyem, Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Hromadske TV (Ukraine); and Gideon Rachman, Chief Foreign Affairs Commentator, The Financial Times.
