Yuriy RYZHENKOV

Yuriy Ryzhenkov graduated from Donetsk State University (Ukraine) and received a
diploma in International Economics. He also received Bachelor of Science degree with
honors in Business Management from King`s College London (UK), and Master
of Business Administration degree from London School of Business (UK).
In 1996, Mr. Ryzhenkov began his career as an assistant to the CFO at Donetsk Iron
and Steel Works. In four years, he joined CJSC Mini Steel Mill ISTIL (Ukraine)
as the Manager of Economic Analysis and Informatics. In 2002-2007, Yuriy worked
as the Deputy CFO and then, Finance Director of ISTIL Group (Donetsk - London).
Later, Mr. Ryzhenkov received an offer to fill the position of the Chief Financial Officer
at DTEK (SCM Group’s energy branch), and in 2010, he was appointed Chief Operating
Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of DTEK. From December 2013 to the
present, Yuriy Ryzhenkov is the Chief Executive Officer of Metinvest Holding, LLC.
